These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 79bet. By accessing or using the 79bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out in this document.
Binding Agreement
By creating a 79bet account or using any part of the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 79bet. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Adults Only — 18+
79bet is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. No person under 18 may register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming product offered on the platform under any circumstances.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered 79bet account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under a different name or payment method — will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.
Right to Amend Terms
79bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between 79bet (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 79bet website, mobile browser interface, or any related service offered under the 79bet brand.
By accessing or using 79bet in any capacity — including browsing the platform without registering, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the 79bet brand, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots and RNG games, crash games, and any promotional offers or bonus schemes. Additional product-specific rules may apply to certain game categories; where such rules conflict with these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in the limited context of that product only.
79bet operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting legal or regulatory advice. Players are responsible for verifying that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wagers.
Important Notice
Gambling involves significant financial risk. You may lose all funds you deposit. 79bet does not guarantee winnings and does not offer any form of financial return on deposits. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and always engage with responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.
2. Age Restriction and Eligibility
Access to 79bet and all products offered on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception, regardless of the legal gambling age in any specific jurisdiction.
By registering an account, you explicitly declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 79bet reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point — including prior to processing any withdrawal — and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed or where evidence suggests the account holder may be under 18.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be met at all times:
Identity and Residency
You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and third-party agents may not register or operate accounts on 79bet. You must provide accurate and complete personal information at registration and keep that information current throughout the life of your account.
Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 79bet makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited use the platform entirely at their own legal risk.
Self-Excluded Persons
Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from 79bet or from any other gambling platform, or who have been placed on a third-party self-exclusion register, are not eligible to register or maintain an active account. If a self-excluded individual circumvents this restriction, any winnings generated during the excluded period may be forfeited.
Staff and Associates
Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and close family members of 79bet or any of its software and service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money betting or gaming activity on the platform, unless expressly authorised in writing by 79bet management.
79bet enforces the 18+ requirement through identity verification (KYC). Accounts unable to confirm age will be suspended pending document review. Funds held in suspended accounts are returned to the verified payment source once identity is confirmed and eligibility is established.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access real-money betting and gaming features on 79bet, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 79bet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 79bet will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may withhold any withdrawal requests pending a full review.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 79bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify 79bet support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
79bet may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address dated within the past three months; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.
Account Updates
You are responsible for keeping your registered personal information — including your mobile number, email address, and linked payment methods — accurate and up to date. 79bet is not responsible for communications or payments sent to outdated contact details or payment accounts. Update your details via account settings or by contacting support.
79bet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close any existing account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Where an account is closed by 79bet other than for a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the registered payment source.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
79bet supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The available payment options for any given account may vary depending on account verification status and transaction history.
All transactions on 79bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where an international card or payment method is used, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 79bet does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name
- Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited
- 79bet credits deposits to your account balance as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited; contact support immediately if you deposit an unintended amount
- 79bet reserves the right to impose deposit limits as part of responsible gaming measures
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
- Processing time: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 2–6 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved
- 79bet reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large withdrawals
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
79bet is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any account suspected of engaging in suspicious transaction patterns — including repeated deposits and withdrawals without commensurate gaming activity, or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds — will be suspended immediately and referred for internal investigation. 79bet cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
5. Bonus and Promotional Terms
79bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are awarded at 79bet's sole discretion. 79bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering obligations already accepted by the player in respect of a bonus already credited will remain valid and honoured.
Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the 79bet welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% match on the first deposit, minimum qualifying deposit ৳500). The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% (e.g., certain table games and live casino titles) will count towards the requirement at the applicable reduced rate. Wagering requirement contribution rates are published in the promotions section of your account.
Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. The account may be suspended or permanently closed. 79bet uses automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.
Seasonal and Event Promotions
79bet runs periodic promotions tied to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), Bangladeshi public holidays (Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day), and religious occasions (Eid, Durga Puja). These promotions are time-limited and governed by their own specific terms. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in. 79bet is not obliged to offer any particular promotion on any recurring basis.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on 79bet, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities.
Prohibited Activities
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
- Registering more than one account on 79bet
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI software to interact with the platform
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform's software
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
- Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games
- Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or terrorist financing
- Accessing a self-excluded account or registering a new account while subject to self-exclusion
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally initiated that activity
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party
- You must not allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf
- You must not transfer your account, account balance, or any winnings to another person
- You must report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via live chat or email
- You must not use VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to misrepresent your geographical location
79bet reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where suspicious activity is identified. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals. If an investigation reveals a breach of these Terms, 79bet may take any or all of the following actions: void unsettled bets, reverse credited winnings, forfeit bonus funds, suspend the account temporarily, or close the account permanently.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 79bet are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant product area. By placing a bet or participating in a casino game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until 79bet's system issues a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical fault during the bet placement process, 79bet will not be liable for any bet that was not successfully recorded in its system. Pre-match and in-play odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
Void Bets and Refunds
79bet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at a manifestly incorrect price (palpable error), placed on an event that was cancelled or abandoned without a result, or placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity. Void bets are refunded to the account balance at the original stake amount. Winnings on voided bets are not paid.
Maximum Winnings
79bet applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. Specific maximum payout thresholds are published within each sport's betting rules. Where winnings from a single event or a combination of events exceed the applicable maximum payout, only the maximum payout amount will be settled. The excess is not carried forward to subsequent events.
Casino and RNG Games: All casino games on 79bet — including slots, table games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment operated by regulated studio providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available in the game information panel within the casino lobby.
Live Casino: Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other provider studios are governed by that studio's own published house rules, which take precedence over 79bet's general betting rules in all matters relating to game procedure, card dealing, and dispute resolution at the table level.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Either party — the player or 79bet — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Players who wish to close their account permanently should contact 79bet support via live chat or email. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed once the account balance has been settled and returned.
79bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
Grounds for Immediate Suspension
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false or fraudulent personal information
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 79bet
- Operating multiple accounts
- Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
Balance on Account Closure
Where an account is closed by a player voluntarily and no breach of Terms has been found, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered and verified payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed by 79bet due to a breach of these Terms, 79bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Bonus funds are not refundable in any circumstances.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period through the 79bet responsible gaming tools accessible within account settings. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be placed. Existing balances will be held securely and returned to the player at the end of the exclusion period (or immediately upon permanent exclusion). Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to 79bet's operating jurisdiction as an internationally licensed offshore platform. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 79bet support to seek an informal resolution. 79bet will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 calendar days. 79bet's decision on matters of account management, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final, unless an error in the application of these Terms can be clearly demonstrated.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 79bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. 79bet's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
